RADNOR, PA (October 1, 2020) – Kessler Topaz Meltzer & Check, LLP has once again been included in the Benchmark Litigation  Guide to America’s leading litigation firms and attorneys for 2021.

Benchmark Litigation is the only publication on the market to focus exclusively on litigation in the United States, and its annual Guide, now in its 14th year, is the product of a six-month research period that includes extensive interviews with litigators and their clients. Benchmark has for the past several years in a row featured Kessler Topaz Meltzer & Check LLP and its attorneys in its annual ranking of Top Plaintiff and Leading Litigation firms in America. The national section identifies the firms and attorneys who have been the recipients of the most vocal and comprehensive peer and client review on a coast-to-coast basis. The multi-state section focuses on firms which have proven to have litigation bench depth and recognition throughout multiple jurisdictions, with litigators acknowledged by Benchmark as stars in multiple offices. And finally, the state firm section recognizes those considered to be the leading legal entities in any of the 50 states. Currently, 14 of the Firm’s attorneys are recognized in the 2021 edition of Benchmark, with the Firm receiving national recognition as one of the Top 10 Plaintiff firms and a Tier 1 ranking. Further, Kessler Topaz received recognition for its securities work with a “Highly Recommended” grade as a State Litigation Firm in Pennsylvania. Attorneys David Kessler, Marc Topaz, Joseph Meltzer, Darren Check, Stuart Berman, Lee Rudy, Andrew Zivitz, Gregory Castaldo, Sharan Nirmul, Matthew Mustokoff, Geoffrey Jarvis and J. Daniel Albert received individual recognition as Benchmark Litigation Stars, while attorneys Naumon Amjed and Richard Russo received individual recognition as Benchmark Future Stars.

Once the 2021 Benchmark Guide is published we will post a link to it here, likely in January 2021.
