Karissa Sauder, an associate of the Firm, concentrates her practice on new matter development with a focus on analyzing securities, consumer, and antitrust class action lawsuits, as well as direct (or opt-out) actions.
Prior to joining the firm, Karissa was an associate with Berger Montague, where she litigated complex antitrust class action lawsuits, and served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Eduardo C. Robreno, United States District Judge for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Karissa received her law degree from Harvard Law School in 2014 and her undergraduate degree from Eastern Mennonite University in 2010. While in law school, Karissa served as Managing Editor of the Harvard Law Review.
