RADNOR, PA  (January 3, 2017) – Kessler Topaz Meltzer & Check, LLP has once again been included in the Benchmark Litigation Guide to America’s leading litigation firms and attorneys for 2017.

Benchmark is the only publication on the market to focus exclusively on litigation in North America, and its annual Guide, now in its 10th year, is the product of a six-month research period that includes extensive interviews with litigators and their clients.  During the interviews, researchers examine recent casework handled by each law firm and speak with attorneys concerning their professional opinions on peers.  The national section identifies the firms and attorneys who have displayed the ability to consistently handle complex, high-stakes cases in multiple jurisdictions in specific areas of practice specialty, and the regional section identifies the leading litigation firms and partners in each of the 50 states and the District of Columbia.  Kessler Topaz was honored by being named one of the Top 10 Plaintiff’s Firms in the United States.  Further, Kessler Topaz received recognition for its securities work in the National Litigation category and a “highly recommended” grade as a State Litigation Firm in Pennsylvania, while also garnering particularly strong peer praise.  Additionally, attorneys David Kessler, Marc Topaz, Darren Check, Gregory Castaldo and Lee Rudy received individual recognition as National and State Litigation Stars, while attorneys Jonathan Davidson and Richard Russo were named Top Litigators under the age of 40.  Benchmark noted the nationwide wins the Firm has achieved in securities litigation, as well as the Firm’s significant international success.  You can review the 2017 Benchmark Litigation Guide here (Kessler Topaz’s recognition in the United States (Securities and Plaintiff) and State (Pennsylvania) sections):   www.benchmarklitigation.com
