Kessler Topaz Meltzer & Check, LLP—a progressive, complex litigation Firm with offices in Radnor, PA and San Francisco, CA—seeks a Summer Associate. Candidates must be full-time law students in their second year of study during the 2024-2025 academic year.
Kessler Topaz specializes in complex securities class action matters. The Firm represents plaintiffs in securities fraud, shareholder, ERISA, consumer and antitrust litigation. Candidates should have a serious interest in litigation. This will be strongly considered when selecting a recipient.
As a summer associate at KTMC you should expect:
• Substantive and challenging assignments
• Valuable experience working alongside case teams in high-stakes, fast-paced litigation
• Consistent mentoring and instruction from partners and senior associates
• Guidance and detailed feedback on work product
Qualifications
We are looking for candidates with:
• An interest in gaining complex litigation experience
• Excellent credentials and writing ability
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
• Ability to learn on the job and successfully integrate guidance and feedback
