Responsibilities:

  • Act as the point of contact and liaison with litigation team for individual clients in class action cases
  • Draft legal memoranda concerning class action cases
  • Track and monitor shareholder class action cases for clients and team

Qualifications

Responsibilities:

  • Work with a small team on multiple complex international shareholder actions.
  • Perform extensive research and writing on legal issues both within and outside the United States. 
  • Perform extensive research and compile evidence on various corporate and non-corporate legal structures.
  • Develop, manage, and execute litigation strategies and project management, including the collecting and compiling of documentation.  
  • Routinely communicate with sophisticated institutional investors, custodian banks, and other stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Must have strong writing and communication skills
  • Must be an organized self-starter and capable of balancing multiple projects and competing deadlines
