Job Description

KTMC seeks an Investor & Consumer Relations Representative for the Radnor office. This representative will assist with individual client development efforts by communicating with potential clients for all departments and act as a liaison for attorneys with respect to potential clients and signed clients. They will also assist with marketing efforts and analytics for business development.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Assist with client development and communicate with potential clients.
  • Assist with drafting and creating marketing content.
  • Act as liaison with attorneys for potential clients.
  • Respond to potential client intakes and inquiries for new and existing cases via phone and email.
  • Log and store information in the firm’s proprietary database.
  • Perform discreet research assignments.
  • Assist with providing analytics for use in business development.

Qualifications

  • Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree
  • 3-5 years of customer service in a finance setting required

KTMC seeks a Jr. Analyst to assist the Firm in monitoring corporate and market events to identify situations in which legal claims may be made.  The role includes performing discrete research projects as well as competitor monitoring at the direction of the Director of Financial Research & Analysis.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform research assignments
  • Navigate court dockets and identify legal pleadings
  • Monitor and report market events
  • Research consumer complaints about companies in a variety of industries
  • Research financial and legal information related to litigation
  • Track and update ongoing legal cases in database format
  • Summarize research findings

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Position related experience requirements:
  • Strong research skills
  • Understanding of financial literature, corporate filings, accounting terms, economic concepts
  • Awareness of current events
  • Ability to digest and understand financial and legal information
  • Ability to work on short-term and long-term projects in a timely manner
