Job Description

KTMC seeks an Investor & Consumer Relations Representative for the Radnor office. This representative will assist with individual client development efforts by communicating with potential clients for all departments and act as a liaison for attorneys with respect to potential clients and signed clients. They will also assist with marketing efforts and analytics for business development.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Assist with client development and communicate with potential clients.
  • Assist with drafting and creating marketing content.
  • Act as liaison with attorneys for potential clients.
  • Respond to potential client intakes and inquiries for new and existing cases via phone and email.

Job Description

Job Summary:

The Jr. Paralegal works with a busy group of Attorneys and Paralegals.  This role is an opportunity for entry level paralegals to be trained by skilled paralegals in complex litigation. 

Responsibilities/Training Areas:

• Interface with attorneys, legal assistants and other counsel.

• Perform investigative Internet research

• Assist in the preparation and filing of documents including, but not limited to, court pleadings     and legal correspondence 

• Assist with trial, hearing, and deposition preparation, as necessary

• Draft legal documents and correspondence, and review and check all documents for accuracy  and compliance with court rules 

• Conduct Bluebooking, heavy editing and proof-reading of documents

• Provide administrative support including calculating deadlines, maintaining attorney schedules, and maintaining legal databases. Organize and maintain legal files and document review projects

• Complete discreet research assignments using LEXIS and/or Westlaw

• Research and track relevant litigation and news

Qualifications

Education Requirements: (experience will be considered in lieu of education)

• Bachelor’s Degree

• Paralegal Certificate or Certified through NALA or NFPA

• Trial prep experience/exposure preferred.
