Case Background:
This is a class action on behalf of all investors who purchased MGNX’s stock or sold MGNX puts between March 7, 2024 and May 9, 2024, inclusive (the “Class Period”).
The Complaint alleges that the Defendants provided overwhelmingly positive statements to investors while, at the same time, disseminating materially false and misleading statements and/or concealing material adverse facts related to early interim safety data results from the TAMARACK Phase 2 study.
Current Status of Case:
On October 15, 2024, the Court entered an Order Appointing Co-Lead Plaintiffs and Approving Co-Lead Counsel. Lead Plaintiffs filed a Notice of Voluntary Dismissal on December 16, 2024. On December 20, 2024, the Court entered an Order granting the Notice of Voluntary Dismissal and closing the case. This action has concluded.
