ZoomInfo Technologies Inc. (NASDAQ: ZI) SECURITIES FRAUD INVESTIGATION

On July 31, 2023, ZoomInfo released its financial results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2023 and cut its full-year guidance for revenue, free cash flow and earnings. Additionally, ZoomInfo disclosed, among other things, that the company is “continuing to see a degradation in the trend, particularly with respect to software and technology clients, but just overall renewals.”

Following this news, the price of ZoomInfo stock declined nearly 26%, to close at $18.67 per share on August 1, 2023.
