Lawdragon regularly recognizes Kessler Topaz attorneys in the 500 annual Leading Plaintiff Financial Lawyers list. Lawdragon lists a group of amazing plaintiff lawyers who principally represents plaintiffs in antitrust, whistleblower, securities fraud, business torts and disputes, and increasingly data privacy claims. They were selected through a rigorous process, established in 2005, combining independent journalistic research with a robust, open nomination process. Kessler Topaz Meltzer & Check, LLP has once again been included in the Benchmark Litigation Guide to America's leading litigation firms and attorneys for 2023.
Benchmark Litigation is the only publication on the market to focus exclusively on litigation in the United States, and its annual Guide is the product of a six-month research period that includes extensive interviews with litigators and their clients. Benchmark has for the past several years in a row featured Kessler Topaz Meltzer & Check LLP and its attorneys in its annual ranking of Top Plaintiff and Leading Litigation firms in America. The national section identifies the firms and attorneys who have been the recipients of the most vocal and comprehensive peer and client review on a coast-to-coast basis. BTI Consulting Group has listed Kessler Topaz on its “Honor Roll of Most Feared Law Firms.” BTI Consulting Group is the leading provider of strategic market research for professional services firms. Each year, BTI Consulting Group publishes a “Litigation Outlook” report which includes a list of the firms that are most feared as litigation opponents. The rankings are compiled through about 300 one-on-one interviews with general counsel, litigation heads, or other law department leads. The companies represented in the survey have average annual revenue of approximately $14.3 billion.
